Check car seat fit in your Bronco

Results:

These results are estimates based on standard seat positions. Always confirm with an in-car installation check. Some product links may be affiliate links. They never (ever ever ever) affect your results.

We had the same question: “Will this even fit?”

We built this because we couldn’t find anything like it.
When our Bronco was on the way, all we wanted to know was whether our existing car seat would work.
There was almost no information out there.

This Fit Check gives you the answers we wish we had — using real measurements and real car-seat specs to help you understand your space before you install.

Seriously! But don’t take our word for it, here are some things people have to say about us.

We had no clue if our toddler seat would fit in our Bronco. The fit checker gave us a clear answer in seconds and saved us a whole weekend of trial and error.

Jake M., Parent

Ahhh finally! Why didn’t this exist before lol. I loved trying new carseat options for my sister’s kid.

Alyssa R., Parent

Mom typed this for me. I like snacks and drives in our new car (until I don’t). Anyway my carseat fits so, this works.

❊ FAQs

You’ve got questions,
we’ve got answers

  • (I mean, do we have to say it?) Nope. No tool can guarantee a perfect fit because installation depends on your exact driving position, seat angle, and how the car seat is adjusted.
The Bronkiddo Fit Check gives you a realistic estimate based on real Bronco measurements and car-seat specs so you know what to expect before you install.

  • We use row depth and seat-travel measurements from Bronco manufacturer specs, plus published dimensions from the car-seat makers.
Your results combine both, along with typical front-seat positions for your height input.

  • Because front-seat position changes everything: a 5’10” driver and a 6’3” driver leave different amounts of space behind them.
Your height helps the tool estimate a realistic seat position instead of guessing.

  • Right now the Fit Check looks at one seat at a time behind either the driver or passenger.
If you’re running two seats, use the tool twice with each position to see the full picture.

  • This is a guidance tool, not a replacement for a certified installation.
Always follow your car-seat manual and the Bronco manual.
When in doubt, get an in-person check from a certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST).

  • Nope, not at all. Sometimes it’s just fun to say it, ya know?

  • Because when our Bronco was on the way, we had no idea if our existing car seat would fit! And there were almost no resources out there.
We wanted parents to have the info we couldn’t find, mountains of it.
